Policies and Procedures

CNM Policies and Procedures provide essential guidance for academic, administrative, and operational practices across the college. These resources ensure alignment with CNM’s strategic goals, support compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and clear expectations for faculty and staff.

Employee Handbook: Governs all CNM employees, outlining policies each employee is responsible for understanding and following.

The Source: CNM's online policies and procedures manual, and serving as the central resource for developing, maintaining, and implementing standard operating practices across the college.

Governing Board Policy Manual: Contains the overarching policies established by CNM's Governing Board, providing the framework and authority for institutional policies, procedures, and practices.

Together, these resources promote consistency, accountability, and transparency in decision-making and daily operations. They establish procedural frameworks, ensure adherence to best practices, and help minimize risk while maintaining organizational efficiency. For more information or assistance, please contact The Policies and Procedures Office.

Note: Individual departments, CNM Ingenuity, and the CNM Foundation may have additional procedures and protocols specific to their operations that must be followed. Employees should consult with their supervisor for detailed guidance and clarification.
