PurposeThis policy implements discretionary remote work arrangements during non-emergency situations. 2. ScopeThis Policy applies to all KCTCS employees and all KCTCS locations. 3. Policy	Non-emergency Remote Work Arrangements. The KCTCS President or the College President may permit remote work arrangements for employees in non-emergency situations based on the needs and in the best interests of their respective institutions.Remote work arrangements are not a change in work responsibilities but merely allow a change of location to permit employees to work off-site.All KCTCS policies and procedures apply to work performed remotely, unless otherwise specified in writing by the KCTCS President or College President or designee.Remote work arrangements shall be governed by specific terms and conditions prescribed by KCTCS, the employees’ College, and work-unit arrangements made with employees’ supervisors. 4.
