Official travel in Kentucky, and within the other forty-nine states and the District of Columbia, and travel to foreign countries is governed by Kentucky Revised Statutes, Chapters 42, 44, and 45. These regulations apply to all travel of KCTCS and affiliated corporations. Special rules and regulations apply to out-of-country travel charged to non-state funds. (See KCTCS Business Procedures.)
