PurposeThis procedure administers the annual recurring across-the-board annual salary increases when approved by the Board of Regents. 2. ScopeThis procedure applies to eligible KCTCS employees. The Board of Regents' motion may also include eligibility requirements. 3. ProcedureThe KCTCS Board of Regents has the statutory authority to award recurring across-the-board annual salary increases to KCTCS employees. Annual increases are separate from any other employee salary increase(s), when applicable. - Date of Employment Eligibility.
Regular full-time and regular part-time faculty and staff employees who are actively employed on or before March 31st of the fiscal year prior to the award are eligible to receive the increase. Should the annual salary increase be a lump-sum payment, regular part-time employees will receive a prorated increase.

Unless otherwise designated by the Board of Regents, annual increases are effective July 1 of the applicable year (will appear beginning with the July 30 paycheck). |
