	Policy 106.13 Reporting Possible Criminal Activity
	PROCEDURES

When there is suspected criminal activity, a Department or contract agency employee has the following options:
1. Contact the DMH Compliance Officer at (213) 739-2390 to report the suspected activity. The Compliance Officer will then report the matter to the Office of County Investigations (OCI) so as to maintain the anonymity of the person reporting the activity.
