It is the policy of DMH to have written procedures addressing all phases of operation. - Policies and procedures regarding financial operations and benefits establishment shall be contained within the Revenue Management Policy and Procedure Manual.
With the approval of this policy, DMH has, in effect, approved each policy and procedure entered into the Revenue Manual. - Therefore, immediate implementation and compliance of the policies and procedures within the Revenue Manual is mandatory.
The Central Business Office is responsible for preparing, issuing, and updating the Revenue Manual. Each directly operated and contracted provider program is responsible for maintaining benefits establishment and financial operations that are consistent with DMH policies and the Revenue Management Policy and Procedures Manual. |
