The Associate Superintendent for Business Affairs advises the Superintendent and the Lincoln Board of Education on the appropriate format for the annual budget information statement. It must:
- Conform to accepted accounting procedures.
- Be consistent with prescribed uniform school budget practice.
- Be easily understood.
- Provide meaningful year-to-year comparisons.
- Promote the concepts of program budgeting.
- Provide for the preparation of required fiscal reports.
