- The Division of Business Affairs will negotiate the fees on each project.
- The School District will use a staff- and counsel-developed contract form that will suit the special conditions of school construction.
- All instructions to the architect/engineer on behalf of the District will be communicated through the Business Affairs staff.
- The architect/engineer will make written reports as requested by the contract.
