Facilities and equipment utilizing various utilities should be continually observed according to the following rules:
- Reports concerning hazardous conditions, faulty equipment and other disorders should be made to the Facilities and Maintenance Department.
- Periodic checks on fire alarms shall be made in accordance with state law.
