- Annually, the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources will determine the last date for return of all contract renewal letters.
- All certificated employees with continuing contract status will be notified of the deadline and provided with a form to indicate their intent for the next school year.
- Failure to indicate their intent by the established date may serve as a basis for non-renewal or termination of the contract.
