The Employee Insurance Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources. The committee meets, as necessary, to review any proposed changes, additions or deletions to existing insurance programs and to explore new insurance programs.
The committee is composed of a representative designated by each employee group, as well as the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources, the Director of Payroll and Accounting, the Director of Employee Relations and Personnel, the Human Resources Benefits Specialist(s), the Director of Risk Management and the Employee Relations, Compensations, Benefits and HRIS Specialist.
