Lincoln Public Schools is committed to providing a workplace and any education program or activity free of discrimination and harassment for students and employees. Accordingly, discrimination or harassment of any kind by supervisors or coworkers is prohibited. In addition, the District will endeavor to protect employees from reported discrimination or harassment in the workplace by students and other non-employees.

Discrimination or harassment based on a person's race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, age, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition, sexual orientation or gender identification in any education program or activity, including in employment, is specifically prohibited by Lincoln Board of Education policy and/or federal and state law.
