The plan for summer school is based on these features:

1. The summer school offerings may include the following:
2. Elementary and secondary courses offered during the school year,
3. Elementary and secondary courses for students in special education, and
4. Elementary and secondary enrichment courses;
5. Minimum course enrollments will be established; a course offering which does not have minimum enrollment will be canceled; and
6. Tuition fees may partially cover costs of the program.

Credit offered during summer school shall be consistent with that offered during the regular school year.
