| The Director of Continuous Improvement and Professional Learning has authority to make available the Lincoln Public Schools staff development activities to certified staff currently employed by approved public or non-public schools in Lancaster County under the following circumstances: - Activities will continue to be planned and conducted by the Lincoln Public Schools staff development office to meet Lincoln Public Schools needs as is presently the practice.
- Certified staff from public and non-public schools may participate in designated activities on a space available basis.
- A cost plus fee structure will be established.
- In advance of certain designated activities, certified staff members of approved public and non-public schools in Lancaster County may be advised of opportunities and related costs.
