| The Executive Committee is composed of all those members of the staff who head major divisions of the organization. Decisions from the Superintendent’s office are reached through regular meetings and deliberations of the committee. The Executive Committee includes: - Associate Superintendent for Teaching and Learning

- Associate Superintendent for Business Affairs
- Associate Superintendent for Human Resources
- Associate Superintendent for Civic Engagement
- Other appointments as decided by the Superintendent
