| The Director of Transportation will maintain a program of vehicle maintenance that will keep each vehicle in safe and efficient running order and maximize its useful life. The Director of Transportation will develop and maintain a replacement plan for vehicles which will do the following: - Attempt to level expenditures for equipment from year to year.
- Update and improve equipment by carefully drawing specifications, keeping in mind economy of operation as well as technological advances in available equipment.
