| The School District promotes the maximum use of school facilities and recognizes its obligation to permit other tax-supported agencies and nonprofit organizations to use the facilities as a benefit to the local patrons who support our schools. The District staff is directed to establish a procedure which gives tax-supported agencies first priority in the use of school facilities for youth-oriented programs, recreation or other governmental activities for meeting areas. Priority Procedure School facility use will be allowed according to the following priority order: - Tax-supported agencies such as educational entities or city, county or state government.
- Nonprofit community agencies such as private educational agencies.
- Patrons who live within the District.
