| When constructing new schools, a dedication plaque will be affixed prominently in the main entry/foyer of the building. Such plaque will include the following information: - Name of the new school;
- Names of the Lincoln Board of Education members serving on the date of the commitment to build the new school;
- Name of the Superintendent of Schools on the date of the commitment to build the new school;
- Name of the Architectural Firm that designed the school; and
- Date of school opening.
