The officers of the Lincoln Board of Education shall be the President, the Vice President, the Treasurer and the Secretary, who shall be the Superintendent. If both the President and Vice President are absent from a meeting, the Board members present will designate the chair for the meeting. The Superintendent is also the Clerk of the Board of Education whose duty it is to maintain the official records of the District. |
