Lincoln Board of Education members shall abstain from voting on matters in which they may have a conflict of interest. Except as defined in Nebraska statute, conflict of interest of a Board member shall not prevent a Board member from serving on the Board or restrict the hiring or purchasing practices of the Lincoln Public School District. |
