A committee composed of the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources, the Director of Finance, the Director of Employee Relations and Personnel, the Human Resources Benefits Specialist(s), the Director of Payroll and Accounting and the Employee Relations, Compensations, Benefits and HRIS Specialist will meet as necessary to discuss and make decisions concerning major alterations and/or additions to the employee benefits. Decisions made by the committee include, but are not limited to: adding, modifying or eliminating benefit programs; utilizing consultants for benefit plan implementation or monitoring; and securing legal opinions concerning benefit issues.
