| Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent or the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources, the Lincoln Board of Education shall employ staff to conduct the educational, operational and business affairs of the District. The Associate Superintendent for Human Resources or designee shall notify each employee of the election and shall be responsible for completing the required documentation. The Human Resources Division shall keep accurate records of all employment and records of service. |
