The College’s department heads, faculty, staff and employees are required to maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them by the College, students, associates, and the public and to comply with the requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”). Confidential information should be shared only on a need to know basis when disclosure is authorized and legally mandated.
