Abstract:  This grievance procedure is established to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 section 504. It applies to UAB students who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of their disability or have been denied access or accommodations required by law.
