All foreign nationals seeking to work in the US must provide evidence of employment authorization from US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  Prior to hiring a foreign national in any capacity, the Office of Human Resources must verify employment authorization. HR Records Administration will monitor employment restrictions imposed by the individual's immigration status and/or work authorization.
