  1. Responsibilities & Procedures

For purposes of appointment, positions in the classified service shall be of two types:

 

  1. Regular positions, including all positions compensated for four and one-half (4 1/2) months or more for twenty (20) hours or more per week and comprising a part of the regular work force of The University.

 

  1. Temporary positions, including all positions compensated for fewer than twenty (20) hours per week,  the duration of which do not exceed one semester and which are of a non-recurring nature from year to year.
